Pregnancy is an exciting time!  Congratulations and thanks for choosing our clinic.

Our team of highly experienced, board-certified obs and certified nurse midwives are here to comfort and help during this exciting time.

Please plan on spending at least an hour at our clinic at your first prenatal appointment.  We have a lot to go over with you.  Please remember to bring your $100 deposit with you at your first visit.  This will be credited towards your prenatal care.
This is required for all expecting patients (except Medicaid approved patients).

For most of the providers, you will meet with the nurse at your first visit.  She will go over what to expect during your pregnancy, answer your questions and give you a welcome bag that includes a great pregnancy book for you to reference.

After seeing the nurse, you will need to see the insurance coordinator who will help you come up with a payment plan that is based on your insurance plan (deductible, coinsurance, etc).  We ask all expecting patients to pay monthly so their balance isn't large once the baby delivers.  If you have overpaid, we will promptly refund you.  
If you are waiting to get approval for Medicaid, we ask that you pay monthly until you are approved.  Once approved, we will refund you any pending charges or back dating that Medicaid does. 
 
After seeing the insurance coordinator, you may be asked to have lab work done.  It is YOUR choice of where to get labs and ultrasounds done.  If you get a better price going to the hospital or another lab, you can request a lab requisition from your provider to take with you.  If you are self-pay please feel free to shop around for the best price for lab and ultrasound work.
